Help with Adult AI Video Creation

Registration may create a session immediately or ask you to confirm your email. Follow the state shown after submitting.

1. Submit your email and password through Create account. If confirmation is required, check your inbox and spam folder.
2. Use the email link, return to this site and sign in with the same address.
3. Ask support for confirmation guidance if the message or link is unavailable. Avoid duplicate accounts.

Use the same email or enabled Google sign-in method used for the account. Purchases remain tied to that account.

1. Check the address and password for mistakes, or choose the original Google account.
2. For a missing password or unavailable sign-in method, contact support from the account email when possible. Never send a password or verification code.
3. Do not purchase through a new account to recover an existing balance.

Return to the site and retry the available Google sign-in option. An error does not confirm a completed session.

1. Start from the current Sign in dialog rather than an old callback URL.
2. Let the browser complete the sign-in flow, then reopen your intended tool.
3. If it still fails, provide support the page, error and approximate time without sharing sign-in links or authorization codes.

New accounts receive 25 free Credits after registration and sign-in, usable for image or video generation. If the balance is missing, check the account and confirmation state before creating another account.

1. Finish any required email confirmation and sign in with the account you registered.
2. Open Credits to check the balance. If you already submitted a request, inspect its status and cost in History.
3. If the starting balance is still missing, contact support from the registered email. Include the approximate registration time and any message you saw; never send a password or sign-in code.

Text to Video creates from a written scene; Image to Video animates an authorized image. Text to Image and Image to Image help create or edit a source frame.

1. Choose one scene, movement or edit. Use the input requirements shown by the selected model.
2. Review available controls and the Credit estimate, then sign in to submit.
3. Inspect the completed result before saving it or using it in another tool.

An unavailable list or balance is a loading issue, not confirmation of a zero balance or an available generation.

1. Save a copy of an unsent prompt, then use the retry control or reopen the tool.
2. Sign in with the right account and check Credits separately.
3. If loading still fails, give support the tool, message and time. Another payment is not a fix for a loading failure.

The result is not final while a task is pending or processing. Check that task before creating a duplicate request.

1. Open History with the same account and locate the task.
2. Check its current status even if the original page was closed. Keep a separate copy of unsent prompts.
3. Ask support about unresolved tasks using their ID, start time and displayed status.

A confirmed technical failure releases reserved Credits when finalized as Failed. A broken player or disconnected page does not establish that outcome.

1. Read the task status and failure message in History.
2. Check the balance and correct any named input or setup issue before retrying.
3. For unclear status or Credits, provide the task ID to support. Completed-result quality and cash refunds follow the Refund Policy.

An authorization or return URL is not proof that payment settled and Credits were issued. Inspect the existing purchase before paying again.

1. Use the purchase account to check Credits and the subscription section of Pricing.
2. Check any pending payment or authorization instead of starting another order.
3. For a completed charge with missing Credits, provide the order reference, amount, currency and time to support. Never send complete card details.

Credits are allocated in monthly windows, including offers billed yearly. Unused subscription Credits expire at the window end; one-time Credits remain separate.

1. Review the selected offer and account schedule. A calendar-month window is not always 30 days.
2. Check your balance and expiry information. Earlier-expiring Credits are used first.
3. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not remove separately purchased Credits. Refunds, account closure and enforcement follow the Terms.

Cancel future renewal stops the next renewal. The current paid term remains active until its stated end date.

1. Open Pricing with the account used to subscribe.
2. Choose Cancel future renewal and check for confirmation that renewal is canceled at period end.
3. Choose a different plan after the current subscription ends. Immediate upgrades, downgrades and proration are not offered in this flow.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, request a refund within 24 hours of the charge without using or reserving the purchased Credits. Generation Credit adjustments are separate.

1. Read the Refund Policy; canceling renewal does not itself request a refund.
2. Send the purchase reference, amount, currency, charge time and reason to support.
3. Explain duplicate charges or undelivered Credits. Support reviews the applicable purchase and original payment route; never send payment credentials.

Try reopening the completed result to request current media access. A player error does not establish generation failure.

1. Confirm the task is complete in History.
2. Use Reload video or reopen the result; check your connection and supported browser.
3. If access still fails, report the task ID and browser error. Do not pay for another generation just to reload a result.

Results completed without subscription retention expire after 7 days. Check the retention shown for each item and download while it is available.

1. Open the completed result in History and use Download. Reopening an available item can request a fresh authorized link.
2. Save an authorized copy before expiry. Buying a one-time pack does not extend media retention.
3. A later login or payment does not guarantee recovery of expired media. Use the Privacy Policy for retention or deletion questions.
