Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of AI Generated Porn Video (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Using the service means accepting these Terms and the linked Content Guidelines, Trust and Safety standards, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them.

You must be an adult of legal majority where you live and able to enter this agreement. Do not use the service if you do not meet those requirements or accept these Terms.

Creation features and availability

Eligible adults can submit lawful prompts and authorized media, choose available settings, review estimated Credits and request generated images or videos. Models, input modes, settings, processing times and availability can change.

Third-party infrastructure and AI providers may perform the requested work. No particular model, provider, processing time, explicit-content capability or result is guaranteed.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method and take responsibility for activity through your account. Do not sell, transfer or share accounts, or use them to bypass service limits.

Do not impersonate others, access accounts without permission, scrape or reverse engineer the service, disrupt operations, or automate access outside an interface we authorize.

Prohibition on minors

Never use the service to create, attempt to create, upload, request, transform, possess through the service, publish or distribute sexual, nude, abusive or exploitative material depicting or appearing to depict:

• a minor;
• a person whose adulthood is unclear; or
• an adult presented as a minor.

This rule applies to photographs, animation, fictional characters, synthetic media, AI output, edits and age-regressed material. A fictional label does not permit sexualizing an ambiguously young-looking person.

Automated age and content checks may reject uncertain inputs. Use different material if adulthood cannot be confirmed; the service does not offer an appeal that overrides that result for a rejected input. We may block requests, retain relevant evidence, suspend accounts and report apparent illegal activity where required or permitted by law.

Rights and consent for source material

Submit a photograph, video, likeness, voice or other personal material only with all permissions needed for the processing and intended use. Each depicted real person must be an adult who has given informed, freely given and legally valid consent covering the adult context, AI transformation and any intended distribution.

A relationship, previous recording, public image or consent for another purpose does not establish that permission. Do not upload intimate material obtained by coercion, deception, theft, hidden recording, compromised accounts or other unauthorized means.

Keep reliable evidence of the rights and consent you rely on. We may request it during a safety review.

Private content and external sharing

Inputs and outputs are private within the service by default. Public examples do not publish your private results. A downloaded or externally shared copy may be viewed, copied or redistributed by others.

Before sharing, confirm adult participation, consent to distribution, input permissions and applicable rights. You are responsible for that decision and its consequences.

Other prohibited conduct and enforcement

The Content Guidelines also prohibit non-consensual intimate material, sexual violence, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, deceptive impersonation, harassment, hate, fraud, privacy abuse, illegal activity, malware and infringement of intellectual-property or other rights.

We may refuse processing, restrict access, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information or cooperate with lawful investigations when needed for safety, policy enforcement or law. An unsuccessful attempt can still violate these Terms.

Inputs, outputs and intellectual property

“Inputs” are prompts, media, settings and other material you submit. “Outputs” are the resulting generated material. You keep rights already held in your inputs and represent that the inputs and intended use are lawful and authorized.

Generation does not grant rights to third-party material. Output rights vary by jurisdiction, may not be exclusive and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. Other users may receive similar results. Commercial clearance is not promised unless expressly stated for an applicable plan or model.

The software, interface, brand, documentation and non-user content belong to the service or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Processing permission

You grant the service and its providers limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, moderate and process inputs and outputs as needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service, enforce policies and comply with law. This permission lasts as needed for those purposes, including technical backups, safety evidence, disputes and legal obligations.

These Terms do not authorize use of customer inputs or outputs to train general-purpose AI models. A materially different training use requires separate Privacy Policy disclosure and an appropriate legal basis before it begins.

Responsibility for unauthorized use

You are responsible for your inputs, requests, outputs and any publication, sale, sharing or other use. You are also responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach, including missing rights or consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is not responsible for harm from your unauthorized use of another person’s content, likeness, voice, personal information or intimate material. This does not exclude liability for our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot be excluded.

Credits and paid offers

Credits are service units used to estimate, reserve and account for generation. They are not money, cash-redeemable value, a bank balance or a stored-value account.

Available offers may include one-time packs and subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. The disclosed price, currency, Credits, benefits and schedule form part of the purchase terms. Subscription Credits are allocated in monthly windows, including yearly billing, and unused subscription Credits expire at a window’s end rather than accumulating.

Separately purchased Credits do not participate in that reset and remain after a subscription ends, subject to account closure, refunds, chargebacks, enforcement and applicable law. Earlier-expiring subscription Credits are used before separately purchased Credits.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew at the price and billing interval displayed in the selected offer until canceled. Starting a subscription authorizes the service and payment providers to charge that disclosed renewal. Paid offers do not include a free or paid subscription trial; new accounts receive 25 free Credits after registration and sign-in for image or video requests. This reward is separate from a paid subscription and each request must fit the available balance.

Cancellation through the available account or offer method stops future renewal and takes effect at the paid term’s end. Benefits continue until then. Ending a subscription alone does not close the account or cancel lawful saved content and separately purchased Credits.

Payments and refunds

When enabled, the selected payment provider handles checkout. We receive purchase references and status needed for Credits, renewals, eligible refunds and disputes, not complete card or banking credentials. Use only accurate payment information and a method you are authorized to use.

Failed, reversed, disputed, fraudulent or charged-back payments may result in removal of the purchase, related Credits or benefits and account restrictions.

The Refund Policy governs refunds. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a request must be made within 24 hours of the charge with none of the purchase’s Credits spent or held in an active reservation.

AI limitations and liability

AI may produce inaccurate, unexpected, similar or inappropriate material. Inspect every output and decide whether it is suitable, authorized and lawful before relying on or distributing it.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities.

Uninterrupted availability, uniqueness, accuracy, particular results and freedom from third-party claims are not promised. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for actual or suspected breaches, safety or security risks, legal requirements, non-payment, reversed or disputed payments, or discontinuation.

Earlier obligations and liabilities remain after termination. Access to media may end on account closure or suspension, subject to the Privacy Policy and law. Keep copies you are lawfully entitled to retain.

Updates and contact

Service features and these Terms may change with capabilities, providers, risks or legal requirements. Required notice of material changes will be provided before they take effect. The date above identifies this version.
