Payment refunds and Credit adjustments

This Policy explains eligible purchase refunds, billing corrections and generation Credit adjustments. Canceling renewal, receiving a Credit adjustment and receiving a cash refund are separate outcomes.

Available offers

Published offers may include one-time Credit packs and subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Review the price, currency, Credits, benefits and schedule shown before paying. Checkout requires an enabled payment option.

Subscriptions renew at the displayed billing interval. Paid subscriptions do not include a free or paid trial. New accounts receive 25 free Credits after registration and sign-in for image or video requests. This starting balance is separate from a paid purchase and is not a cash payment to refund.

Refund eligibility

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a purchase or renewal is eligible only when:

• you submit the request within 24 hours after the charge; and
• none of that purchase’s Credits have been used or are held in an active generation reservation.

A fully released reservation alone is not consumption. Credits consumed by a completed generation or other service benefit count as used. Approved refunds use the available original payment route; provider or financial-institution processing times can vary.

Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors and undelivered purchased Credits or services are reviewed separately. Mandatory refund, cancellation, cooling-off, chargeback and consumer rights are unaffected.

Subscription cancellation and allocations

Cancellation stops future renewal at the current paid term’s end. It does not refund that term unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Subscription Credits are allocated in monthly windows even when billing is yearly. Unused subscription Credits expire at a window’s end. Separately purchased Credits do not participate in that reset and are not lost merely because a subscription ends.

Generation results and Credits

Credits are service units, not money or stored value. They are not exchangeable for cash except through an approved refund of an eligible underlying purchase.

Reserved Credits are released when an invalid or prohibited request is blocked before provider work starts. Once work or cost has been incurred, the applicable Credits may be consumed even if the request is rejected, blocked, removed or suspended. A policy violation alone does not create an additional refund right.

Disliking a technically completed result’s style or quality does not automatically qualify for a refund. A failed or incomplete task may receive a correction under the generation Credit rules; that correction is not a cash refund.

Reversals and disputes

Reversed, disputed, fraudulent or charged-back payments may result in purchase cancellation, removal of related Credits or benefits and account restrictions. A subsequent chargeback reversal may require review before access or Credits are restored.

Requests and policy changes

Contact support with the purchase reference, charge time, amount, currency and reason. Do not send complete card, banking or account credentials.

The version presented for a purchase governs it together with the Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Future paid offers or payment methods may lead to updates with the required notice.
