Coverage

This Policy explains how AI Generated Porn Video handles information for account access, adult image and video generation, Credits, purchases, safety and support. It covers both users and people depicted in submitted media.

Information categories

We may handle:

• Account information: identity-provider references, name, email, account identifiers, session and authentication records.
• Creation information: prompts, settings, model selections, task status, errors, provider references, uploaded sources, generated media and associated metadata.
• Credits and purchases: balances, transactions, customer and order references, email, language, country, amounts, currencies, plans, subscription schedules, renewals, refunds, disputes and fraud signals.
• Technical and risk information: IP address and derived country, browser and device details, request and network information, times, screen, language, time zone, cookies, local storage and security signals.
• Communications: information supplied in privacy, safety, deletion, legal, billing or support requests.

We do not receive complete payment-card or banking credentials. Adult prompts or media may reveal sensitive interests, intimate activity, orientation or identifying likenesses. Submit only what the requested processing needs.

Information about depicted people

Do not submit another person’s likeness, voice, intimate media or personal information without the necessary lawful basis, rights and informed consent for the specific AI processing and intended use. Each depicted person must be clearly adult.

Public material is not automatically authorized for intimate generation. You must provide required notices and permission. We may request evidence, restrict processing or preserve relevant information when investigating a complaint.

Uses and legal bases

We use information to provide and secure accounts; process authorized sources and generation requests; return results; calculate, reserve, settle, allocate and display Credits; maintain History; handle available purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds; detect abuse and prohibited content; troubleshoot; answer requests; defend legal claims; and comply with law.

Where a legal basis is required, it may be contract performance for requested features, legitimate interests in security and service maintenance, consent for a particular optional or sensitive use, or legal obligations and claims. Aggregated or de-identified operational information may support reliability analysis; identifiable information is not described as anonymous.

Payment processing

An enabled payment provider handles payment credentials and checkout under its own terms and privacy practices. The service retains the references, purchased offer, amount, currency, schedule and status needed to deliver Credits and manage the purchase, renewals, refunds or disputes. A checkout redirect alone does not confirm settlement.

Infrastructure and generation providers

Enabled providers support authentication, database hosting, storage, infrastructure, communications, payments, security and AI generation. The shared architecture uses Supabase for Auth and database services, Google when its sign-in method is enabled, private Cloudflare R2 for production media, an available payment provider for purchases and WaveSpeed for supported generation.

The inputs and settings needed for generation are sent to the applicable provider. WaveSpeed may process prompts, reference media, settings and technical information needed to perform its supported requests. Providers handle that information under applicable terms and law.

The service does not use customer inputs or outputs to train general-purpose AI models under this Policy. Third-party processing remains governed by each provider’s applicable terms.

Safety processing

Automated systems and providers may examine prompts, uploads, metadata and outputs to assess adulthood or prohibited content. Authorized personnel may review relevant information for a complaint, investigation, enforcement or legal requirement. Decisions and relevant evidence may be retained.

Processing may be blocked, content restricted or deleted, accounts suspended, and evidence preserved or reported as required or permitted by law. A rejected adulthood check cannot be overridden by an appeal for that input; choose different material.

Private media and access

Inputs and outputs are private within the service by default. The current tools do not publish your results to a public user gallery. Public examples are separate illustrative material.

Production media uses private Cloudflare R2 storage. An authorized request receives a signed download URL valid for no more than ten minutes and never beyond the resource’s retention window, rather than a public storage object URL or key.

Results completed without subscription retention are unavailable in the service after seven days. Subscriber-retained completed results do not automatically expire through a plan retention window. Records, evidence, backups, providers and legal holds can have different periods; physical cleanup may include a bounded grace period or dependencies.

Downloading or sharing creates copies outside the service. Obtain the necessary consent and rights for distribution.

Disclosures

Information may be shared with enabled service providers, at your direction or with consent, for security and policy investigations or payment disputes, for valid legal process, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer subject to applicable law.

We do not sell customer prompts, uploaded sources or generated media. Materially different advertising, marketing or training uses require an updated Policy before they begin.

International handling

Information may be processed where the service or its enabled providers operate. Local privacy laws may differ from yours. Where required, appropriate legal or contractual transfer safeguards will be used and information about requesting a copy made available.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept as reasonably needed for the purpose collected. Factors include account and subscription state, generation availability, payment and accounting obligations, security and abuse prevention, immutable Credit and transaction records, provider deletion capabilities, backups, disputes, chargebacks and legal holds.

Removing an item from the active interface may not immediately remove backups, safety evidence, security or payment records, legal holds or provider copies. Unneeded information is deleted or de-identified through the applicable process. Immediate deletion is not promised where these purposes require retention.

Privacy choices and requests

Depending on your location, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, portability and complaints to a regulator. Depicted people may also make requests.

Identity and authority may need verification. Information may remain where law permits or requires retention. Contact the support address to report a depicted-person concern or request privacy assistance; content may be restricted or deleted when appropriate.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies and browser storage support authentication, security, checkout, fraud prevention, navigation, preferences and adult self-acknowledgement. The first-party cookie nsfw_age_acknowledged_v2 records that acknowledgement for 30 days; the dialog reads and writes it in your browser. Older nsfw_age_acknowledged cookies require renewed confirmation.

These cookies do not verify identity or age. If optional analytics, advertising or attribution are enabled, their use must be disclosed and required consent or preference controls provided before use. Any enabled optional analytics or advertising, and the available controls, must be disclosed before use where required.

Security and adult access

Access controls, private media storage and other technical and organizational safeguards are intended to protect information, but no service can promise absolute security. Protect your credentials and minimize unnecessary sensitive uploads.

The service is only for adults of legal majority. It does not knowingly serve minors or permit sexual, nude, abusive or exploitative depictions of minors or apparently minor people. Relevant information may be removed or preserved, accounts suspended and required reports made when such use is discovered.

Policy changes and contact

Changes to features, providers, risks or law may require updates to this Policy. Material changes receive notice where required; the date above identifies the current version.
